Current GitHub status of the original survey: issues filed by enyst and smolpaws that still lack an identified implementation PR by either account, work from other contributors, and the original 4–11 October closure cohort.

Original survey anchor . GitHub issue and PR metadata refreshed . The original closure window is fixed; current issue and PR states are checked snapshots, not live updates.

For the separate issue-creation cohort, use closed by merged PRs and still open, with open PR counts. The Keep / Close PR queue and Monday issue inventory have their own scope. This earlier survey keeps its original 4–11 October closure dates and refreshes the status of its existing issues and PRs.

Method & downloads

Rechecked all 51 issues in the previous open list and all 77 historical closure issues using GitHub GraphQL. Refreshed every previously matched PR. Scanned all 483 current open repository PRs and all closed/merged repository PRs updated since the previous observation on 11 October, checking explicit issue references in context. Removed 4 now-closed issues and 9 still-open issues with newly identified own implementation PRs; retained those rows in the refresh audit. Added two other-author issue–PR matches among the surviving issues. The original survey anchor and 4–11 October closure period stay fixed.

No corresponding implementation PR identified. Incidental documentation, QA, bug-filing, and explicitly unrelated PR references are excluded. Partial implementing PRs count as corresponding PRs.

Issue and PR state is a live API observation gathered during the stated fetch interval, not a historical point-in-time database. This refresh follows the existing survey cohort; it does not enumerate new issues. Earlier correspondence classifications are retained, and newly found explicit references are checked in context. An implementation without an issue reference or an older closed PR not updated during this refresh can be missed. A correspondence, including a partial or closed-unmerged PR, is distinct from a verified fix or currently active work; browser verification was not rerun.

GitHub issue and PR metadata were refreshed for this observation. A matching reference is checked in context; a merge or issue closure is not a fresh browser verification. Historical closure totals count issues, not distinct PRs or the account that clicked Merge, and keep the original dates even if an issue later reopens.
